BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br />APPROVE THE STATE CAPITAL CONSTUCTION GRANT <br />AGREEMENT (GCB 2300) FOR DESIGN AND CONSTRUCTION OF A <br />PARK AND RIDE LOT ON 1-90 AT EXIT 78 <br />WHEREAS: Kittitas County applied for Washington State Department of <br />Transportation (WSDOT) Regional Mobility Grant funds designing and <br />constructing a Park and Ride facility on Interstate 90 at Exit 78, and <br />WHEREAS: Washington State Department of Transportation is electing to fund the <br />County's request for a total project cost of $279,000, and <br />WHEREAS: Kittitas County and WSDOT plan on entering into a separate agreement <br />for completing design and construction of a Park and Ride on Interstate <br />90 at Exit 78; <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED the Kittitas County Board of County <br />Commissioners declares it be in the best interest of the public, and does <br />hereby authorize signatures for accepting the aforementioned State <br />Capital Construction Grant Agreement (GCB 2300). <br />DATED this 5th day of January, 2016, at Ellensburg, Washington. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br />Chair <br />Vice -Chair <br />Commissioner <br />ATTEST: <br />Clerk of the Board <br />
