A complete long plat application was submitted to Community Development Services <br />on April 24, 2008. The Notice of Application for the preliminary plat application was <br />issued on June 22, 2009. This notice was published in the official county paper of <br />record and was mailed to jurisdictional government agencies, adjacent property <br />owners and other interested parties. (Staff Report) <br />11. In accordance with Kittitas County code 15A.03 0. 110, this project was accurately <br />posted with the "Land Use Action" sign as provided by Community Development <br />Services. The Affidavit of Posting was signed by the applicant and returned to the <br />planner and is included as part of the record. (Staff Report) <br />12. Based upon review of the submitted application materials including an environmental <br />checklist, correspondence received during this 15 day comment period and other <br />information on file with Community Development Services, a Determination of Non - <br />Significance (DNS) was issued on August 11, 2009.
