Notice of SEPA Action and Public Hearing <br />McIntyre Preliminary Plat (LP -08-15) <br />NOTICE IS HERBY given that pursuant to 43.21(C) RCW, Kittitas County Community <br />Development Services did on August 11, 2009 made a Determination of Non -Significance <br />(DNS) for Andrew and Michelle Schmidt, landowners, for a 6 -lot preliminary plat on <br />approximately 18.06 acres of land that is zoned Agricultural -3, located east of Wilson Creek <br />Road and south of Game Farm Road, in Ellensburg, WA 9892.6. The property is located in a <br />portion of Section 32, T18N R19E, WM. in Kittitas County. Anyone with an interest in this matter <br />is urged to attend said hearing where testimony will be taken. Written comments will be <br />received and documents may be viewed at the above address prior to the hearing.
