The <br />submitted application and related file documents were mailed with the Notice of Application on June 22, <br />2009. <br />NOTICE IS HERBY given that pursuant to 43.21(C) RCW, Kittitas County Community Development <br />Services did on August 11, 2009 made a Determination of Non -Significance (DNS) for Andrew and <br />Michelle Schmidt, landowners, for an 8 -lot preliminary plat on approximately 25.65 acres of land that is <br />zoned Agricultural -3, located east of Wilson Creek Road and south of Game Farm Road, in Ellensburg, <br />WA 98926. The property is located in a portion of Section 32, TI 8N RI 9E, WM in Kittitas County. <br />Map number: 18-19-32010-0003.
