RECOMMENDED FINDINGS OF FACT <br />Andrew and Michelle Schmidt, landowners, have applied for an 8 -lot preliminary plat <br />on approximately 25.65 acres of land that is zoned Agricultural -3. The project is <br />proposed to be served by individual well and individual septic systems. (Staff <br />Report) <br />2.
