If <br />so, generally describe. <br />Seven lots will have a very minimal effect on public services. <br />b. Proposed measures to reduce or control direct impacts on public <br />services, if any. <br />None proposed due to very minimal effect. <br />16. UTILITIES <br />a. Circle utilities currently available at the site: electricity, natural gas, <br />water, refuse services, telephone, sanitary sewer, septic system, other. <br />None currently available at the site. Electricity, natural gas, telephone, and cable <br />televison would be extended from present end of Mission View Drive. <br />It is proposed that the seven lots receive water from the existing Group B <br />well serving 4 residences and two additional lots on Mission View Drive. <br />b. Describe the utilities that are proposed for the project, the utility <br />providing the services, and the general construction activities on the site or <br />in the immediate vicinity which might be needed. <br />Natural gas will be Pram Ellensburg city, power will be from Puget, <br />television will be fran Fairpoint, TV from Charter, and irrigation water <br />from KRD. Water will come from the Group B we1L Utility trenches <br />will be dug within easements throughout the plat. <br />C.
