Notice of Application <br />Tiger Preliminary Plat (LP -08-22) <br />Pursuant to RCW 36.70B, notice is hereby given that Kittitas County did, on May 30, 2008, <br />receive a complete application from David Nelson, authorized agent for Tiger Estates LLC, <br />landowner, for a 7 -lot plat on approximately 21.06 acres of land that is zoned Agriculture -3. The <br />subject property is located east of the City of Ellensburg, east of Wilson Creek Road, off Mission <br />View Drive, Ellensburg, WA 98926, and is located in a portion of Section 32, TI 8N, RI 9E, <br />WM, in Kittitas County. Map number 18-19-32020-0029. <br />This project is categorically exempt from SEPA review pursuant to KCC 15.04.090 and WAC <br />197-11-800(i)(c)(i).
