BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />COUNTY OF KITTITAS <br />STATE OF WASHINGTON <br />RESOLUTION <br />NO. <br />TO ADOPT AN ANNUAL ROAD CONSTRUCTION PROGRAM FOR 2010 <br />WHEREAS: The Department of Public Works has submitted a proposed 2010 Annual <br />Road Construction Program for consideration and study; and <br />WHEREAS: The Board of County Commissioners has carefully considered said <br />proposed program; and <br />WHEREAS: A public hearing was conducted on October 6, 2009 at 2:00 p.m., in the <br />Commissioners' Auditorium. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED that the Board of County Commissioners, after <br />due consideration, does hereby adopt the proposed Annual Road <br />Construction Program for 2010, hereto attached, as now submitted by the <br />Kittitas County Director of Public Works / County Engineer. <br />DATED this day of , 2009 at Ellensburg, Washington. <br />BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS <br />KITTITAS COUNTY, WASHINGTON <br />Alan Crankovich, Chair <br />Paul Jewell, Vice -Chair <br />ATTEST: <br />Mark McClain, Commissioner <br />Clerk of the Board <br />
