Said maps and all notation, references and other information shown thereon shall be as much a part of this title as if the matters and information set forth by said maps were all fully described herein. The same shall be available for inspection by the public, and as changes of zones and areas are made to any other use, the same shall immediately be shown on such maps. (Res. 83- 10,1983). 17.12.30 Boundary determination. Where uncertainty exists as to any of the zone boundaries as shown on the zoning map, the following rules apply: A. Where such boundaries are indicated as approximately following the centerline of roads, highways, powerlines, railroads, rivers or canals, the centerline shall be construed to be such boundaries. B. Where such boundaries are indicated as approximately following lot lines, the lot lines shall be construed to be such boundaries. C.
