r-Attention: Kittitas County Hearing Examiner
Regarding: Marion Performance Based Cluster Plat (P-06-06) JUL 1 e 2M
r
a ®unty
Randy and Teresa McFadden CDS
r •i tJ`,
PO Box 804
2091 Nelson Siding Road ar
Cle Elum, WA 98922fil'r
I have several reasons why this cluster plat should be denied.
1. They used almost an exact same name as another cluster plat also in contention.
2. Schuler is Pat Deneens financial backer; all they did is change the name to throw
off suspicion, because Mr. Deneen is so unliked in all of Upper Kittitas County.
3. This Plat submission was never posted to the Kittitas County Web Site so
individual landowners never had access to review it.
4. The map that the developer sent out is completely in accurate based on what the
county has on file.
5. Also incorrect on the developer's paper work is the tax parcel number. The Tax
parcel number s/b 396334 not what they listed on their paperwork. The number
listed on their paper work is actually their map number.
6. We live in the country. We choose to live in the country so we don't have to live
right next door to our neighbor. You are ruining the county and bringing down
our tax values by allowing cluster plats. If I wanted to live next door to someone
I would live in the city.
7. No developer ever lives in his own cluster plats that they put in.
8. Does this mean if I have lots of money that I can put five houses on my six acres,
when is it going to stop.
9. Our well is already starting to show signs of losing water pressure and we are
below where they are developing, meaning that it is only going to get worse.
So our property values go down, we lose our well, and we lose our privacy. All so a
developer can make money. Thanks. I know I did not elect officials to allow all this
development. Development that is destroying the country. If he wants to build, he can
build near cities, not where he is ruining everything around us. He is forcing us to move
and that is not fair.
Sincerely saddened,
R yrdQ and Teresa McFadden
