VOLUNTARY TERMINATION OF LEASE <br />This Voluntary Termination of Lease is made and dated this 27th day of October, 1996, <br />by and between KITTITAS COUNTY, a municipal corporation, hereinafter referred to as the <br />Lessor, and MIDSTATE AVIATION, INC., hereinafter referred to as the Lessee, <br />WITNESSETH: <br />That Lessor and Lessee entered into a Lease on February 2, 1993, a copy of which is <br />attached hereto and by this reference incorporated herein. <br />That the main hangar building collapsed in the winter storm event of 1996197 that was <br />a pan of the lease. A new facility has been built and the configuration of the original lease has <br />been changed and the lease does not provide for the new facility. <br />That Lessee has applied to the county for a new lease.
