Each person signing this Agreement on behalf of a <br />party warrants that he or she has full authority to sign this Agreement on that party's <br />behalf. <br />Section 10.13 Counterparts_ This Agreement may be executed in counterparts, each of <br />which shall be deemed an original and all of which together shall be deemed one <br />agreement. Each counterpart may be executed and delivered by facsimile to the other <br />party. <br />Section 10.14 Exhibits.
