28) TREATMENT OF ASSETS: Upon successful completion of the terms of this contract, all assets, <br />including equipment, purchased through this contract will be owned by the COUNTY unless otherwise <br />specified by the funding source. The COUNTY shall be responsible for any and all operation and <br />maintenance expenses and for the safe operation of said equipment including all questions of liability. <br />29) WAIVER OF DEFAULT: Waiver of any default shall not be deemed to be a waiver of any subsequent <br />default.
