B.AssurethatannualsalaryincreasemonieswillbeavailableforCooperativeExtensionfacultyanddesignatedsupportstaffthatmatchestheaverage,percentageappropriatedforsuchpurposebytheWashingtonStateLegislature.AnnualsalaryadjustmentsforKittitasCountyExtensionfacultywillbebasedonmeritorwhatevercriteriaisestablishedbyWashingtonStateLegislature.C.SupplementthefundsreceivedfromKittitasCountyandpaytotalsalaryandfringebenefitsforeachcountyorareafacultyandanydesignatedstaffmembers.D.SubmittoKittitasCountyatthebeginningofeachmonthamonthlyinvoiceforone-twelfth(1/12)oftheamountappearinginAppendixAofthisagreement.E.ProvidefringebenefitstocountyandareaExtensionfacultyasoutlinedintheWSUFacultyManualandprovidefringebenefitstosupportstaffasoutlinedbytheHigherEducationPersonnelBoard.Annualleaveandsickleavearenotconsideredbenefits.F.Grantannualleave,sickleave,professionalleave,otherleave,andholidaysasoutlinedintheWSUFacultyManualforcounty/areaExtensionfacultyorintheHigherEducationalPersonnelBoardhandbookforjointlyfundedandfullyWSUfundedsupportstaff.G.Payitsproportionalshareofannualleaveand/orsickleave,forcountyandareafacultyordesignatedsupportstaff.H.Providein-serviceeducationforcount/areaExtensionfaculty.I.ProvideKittitasCountytheexpertiseofCooperativeExtensionstatespecialistsofWashingtonStateUniversitytosupportcounty/areaExtensionfacultyinplanningandimplementingeducationalprograms.,IVUndertermsofthisMemorandumofAgreement,.KittitasCountywill:A.PaytheamountagreeduponmonthlytoWashingtonStateUniversityfor:theExtensioneducationservicestoberenderedinKittitasCounty.B.AtthetimeofseparationorretirementofcountyandareaExtensionfacultyordesignatedsupportstaff,paythecounty'sproportionalshareofcostsassociatedwiththeannualleaveearnedwhileonKittitasCounty'sMOA.Alsoatretirementpay25%oftheproportionalshareofsickleaveearnedwhileontheMOA.C.PromptlypaytheinvoicefromWashingtonStateUniversity.Currentmonthinvoicetobebilledbythe106andpayableonthe25*ofthemonth.Monthlyinvoicetobe1/12ofthecontractamount.
