Special reasons for wishing to serve on the Board or Commission: <br />Stormwater, groundwater, wells, aquifers, and springs are more and more being recognized as <br />precious resources that do not have an endless supply. Water rights play a key role in how <br />these resources should be distributed and regulated to work in conjunction_ with and maintain <br />quality of lakes, streams, rivers, and the overall watershed. Water rights is not something I <br />have extensive experience with but would appreciate the opportunity to learn and provide value <br />where I can to the conservancy board. <br />What advisory panels, Boards/Commissions have you previously served on? <br />City of Cle Elum Planning Commission - Current <br />.Kittitas Count Solar Advisory Committee - Current <br />Please list any training or experience you have that would be beneficial to serving on the Board or <br />Commission: Approximately 10 -years civil engineering experience performing site development <br />and municipal work throughout Puget Sound and Eastern WA. Extensive experience in the <br />design of stormwater systems and interaction of stormwater and groundwater including <br />quantifying groundwater recharge.
