4. Partial Funding: If this project were to receive only partial funding from this source, <br />how would the project be impacted? How would the proposal be adjusted for less than <br />the requested amount of funds? (250 words max.) <br />To start this program, we would need rental dollars for the year. Without that funding <br />there are no other dollars to rent a house. It may be possible to not have on-site house <br />monitoring, but we believe this would impact the ability to monitor compliance and the <br />project would lack valuable mentorship that has made an impact in the mens program. <br />17 <br />
