DocuSign Envelope ID: 62955F1D-7A37-4CB0-A8D8-2BA7ADB5515E <br />6.7 Payment shall be sent to the address designated by the Contractor, unless the EXCHANGE has opted to <br />use electronic fund transfer. <br />6.8 The Exchange may, in its sole discretion, terminate this Contract or withhold payments claimed by the <br />Contractor for services rendered if the Contractor fails to satisfactorily comply with any term or <br />condition of this Contract. <br />6.9 No payments in advance or in anticipation of services or supplies to be provided under this Contract <br />shall be made by the EXCHANGE. <br />7. Any notice or other communication required to be given under this Contract shall be effective if <br />it is in writing, properly addressed, and either delivered in person, or by a recognized courier service, or <br />deposited with the United States Postal Service as certified mail, postage prepaid, return receipt <br />requested, or by electronic mail (email), to the parties at the addresses and e-mail addresses provided in <br />this Section. <br />8. ASSURANCES <br />The EXCHANGE and the Contractor agree that all activity pursuant to this Contract will be in accordance <br />with all the applicable current federal, state and local laws, rules, and regulations. <br />9. ORDER OF PRECEDENCE <br />Each of the Exhibits listed below is by this reference hereby incorporated into this Contract.
