PROFESSIONAL SERVICES AGREEMENT <br />Page 3 of 21 <br />ATTACHMENT "A" <br /> <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br /> <br />PARCEL/PROJECT SERVICES <br />FOR KITTITAS COUNTY <br /> <br />GENERAL: <br /> <br />Terra Design Group Inc. (TDG) will provide Kittitas County with current and historical parcel & project <br />research. These services will occur through the end of 2017 and continued into 2018, upon approval by Kittitas <br />County. The level of services could vary due to possible unknowns or expanding issues related to individual <br />parcel(s), project(s), and other land use decisions. This service will require periodic reviews by Kittitas County <br />Community Development Services in order to establish a better understanding and timeline for the work <br />proposed by Kittitas County. <br /> <br />Terra Design Group Roles & Responsibilities: <br /> Assess current and historical tax parcel data within the identified areas presented by Kittitas County <br />Community Services Department. <br /> Review parcel & project specific documents related to the divisions of properties within specified areas. <br /> Investigate and notate parcel histories of specified parcels and projects related to this research. <br /> Document specific characteristics, which will be useful for current and future plan ning decision-making <br />purposes by Kittitas County. <br /> <br />Kittitas County Roles & Responsibilities: <br /> Provide all parcel and project information pursuant to this research, including but not limited to parcel <br />maps, access to project files, assessors parcel information, study area maps and all water related <br />information. <br /> Provide materials, in paper or digital format, possible computer etc., allowing TDG to expeditiously <br />review information outside of standard working office hours. However, TDG will only access and revie w <br />materials as authorized by the Community Development Services Director. TDG will only enter offices <br />and work spaces in the Community Development Services office building as authorized by the <br />Community Development Services Director. <br /> Provide TDG with County Staff assistance & direction regarding questionable parcel(s) review. <br /> Provide additional review of TDG work related to parcel research making sure goal is met, and create a <br />digital database. <br /> Provide TDG access, at all times, to all files pursuant to this research. However, TDG will only access <br />and review files as authorized by the Community Development Services Director. TDG will only enter <br />offices and work spaces in the Community Development Services office building as authorized by the <br />Community Services Department Director. <br /> Provide TDG regarding direction and specific priorities with this type of research in writing. <br /> <br />Compensation: <br />Work performed under this Scope of Work shall not exceed $60,000.00 plus reimbursable expenses (e.g., travel, <br />copies), unless the County gives written approval to exceed this amount.
