August 9, 2017
To Whom It May Concern
This letter and attachments are in reference to the ongoing discussion about noise pollution occurring
on Carroll Rd, as well as safety concerns related to the current speed limit being too high for road
topography. The discussion has involved a request for "no exhaust brake" signs and a decreased speed
limit, to 35mph, by the residents of Carroll Rd.
The residents of Carroll Rd. feel the Board of County Commissioners might better understand the
problems encountered by the residents if they were to read letters that have been submitted to the
county by the residents themselves. In addition to current correspondence, also included are letters
from residents of Carroll Road pertaining to the same issues in 2009 and 2010.
We are respectfully asking the Board of County Commissioners to grant these requests and improve the
quality of life on Carroll Rd.
