EXHIBIT "A" <br />SCOPE OF WORK <br />In addition to providing all material and labor, the Contractor shall perform the following: <br />1. Contractor shall recruit and coordinate with school advisors for the Youth for Truth <br />program. <br />a. Contractor shall provide copies of completed advisor contracts to the Kittitas <br />County Public Health Department (KCPHD). <br />b. Contractor shall recruit 3 school advisors from different districts within Kittitas <br />County. <br />c. Advisors will recruit 5 teen mentors, per school, and ensure 5 presentations <br />are completed within each district. <br />2. Contractor shall oversee and coordinate Youth for Truth teen mentor training <br />sessions. <br />a. Contractor shall provide, at least, 1 teen mentor training. <br />3. Contractor shall provide evaluation information for project results/data sheet <br />publications. <br />a. contractor shall ensure that evaluation methods for youth are administered. <br />4.
