We urge
your approval and funding of this request so that the City can complete the second floor
and exterior rehabilitation of the Old City Hall. The time is certainly right for this project
to be completed NOW so that people can start utilizing a much larger Library space,
City Hall improvement, and a much longed for renovated gymnasium which will provide
room for art, culture, and theater displays.
Please give this project full funding.
Sincerely,
Charlene Kauzlarich
Treasurer
