CITY OF CLE ELUM <br />WASHINGTON <br />RESOLUTION NO. 2017-003 <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY OF CLE ELUM, <br />WASHINGTON, AUTHORIZING THE MAYOR TO SIGN <br />THE AGREEMENT BETWEEN THE CITY OF CLE ELUM <br />AND THE WASHINGTON STATE TRANSPORTATION <br />IMPROVEMENT BOARD RELATED TO THE COMPLETE <br />STREETS GRANT. <br />WHEREAS, the Transportation Improvement Board has developed a grant <br />program, Complete Streets, to provide for the retrofit of streets and roads ("Project") <br />for eligible cities, towns, and counties to provide access to all users, including <br />bicyclists, pedestrians, motorists, and public transportation riders; and <br />WHEREAS, the City of Cle Elum is eligible to receive a Project grant <br />pursuant to Ordinance 1455 and to perform the Project pursuant to the terms of the <br />grant; and <br />WHEREAS, the City now desires to authorize the Mayor to sign an agreement <br />to obtain such grant funding. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF CLE ELUM, <br />WASHINGTON, DOES RESOLVE AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Authorization.
