Recommended changes to this plan should be submitted to the Local Emergency Response <br />Specialist at KCPHD, located at 507 N Nanum Street Suite 102 in Ellensburg, Washington, <br />98926. The phone number is 509-962-7515. Post exercise and or/incident debriefing will be <br />utilized to review effectiveness and need for revision of this plan. The report will recommend <br />changes, which if adopted, will be incorporated immediately. <br />D. At a minimum, this plan will be reviewed by the Kittitas County Emergency Management <br />Council after annual review and the Local Emergency Response Specialist is responsible for the <br />annual review of the Emergency Operation Plan.
