Looking ahead,the completedtrails project will require minimal trail <br />maintenance.The Kittitas County Park &Recreation District No.1 will <br />spearhead volunteerefforts to address these issues. <br />6.Project Readiness:Please provide a detailed project schedule,including <br />milestonesnecessary for completionas mentioned in question 1 above.On the <br />schedule,indicate items completedand exactly where in the schedule the project <br />is at this time.Be sure to include expectedcompletiondate. <br />The Towns to Teanawaywill work to developother grant proposals for state, <br />federal,and private sources of funding.The City of Roslyn will work through the <br />2018 budget to find funds to supportthese and other recreational efforts, <br />including the Trail Master Plan.Washington State Recreation and Conservation <br />funding cycle for the WWRP will begin its grant cycle in 2018,which this project <br />has been presented in the previous funding cycle.This is a big grant opportunity <br />that could provide up to 50%of the total acquisition funds needed to compliment <br />this Kittitas County grant proposal. <br />Trail Master Plan Efforts -The first element in the project schedule involves the <br />Requestfor Proposals (RFP)for the Towns to TeanawayCorridor Project - <br />Phase One. <br />The RFP has been cornpletedand releasedas of March 17,2017 <br />The proposed timelinefor administering the RFP is as follows: <br />Release of RFP March 17,2017 <br />Optional Informational Meeting March 29,2017 <br />Proposal Due Date April 7,2017 <br />Proposal Review/Evaluation April 12,2017 <br />Top 3 Recommendations to Full Planning Team Week of April 17 -21,2017 <br />Interviews with Top 3 Individuals/Firms May 1-5,2017 <br />Contract Negotiations May 8 -12,2017 <br />Contract Finalized May 19,2017 <br />Contract Execution June 1,2017 <br />7.Applicant Certification:Please sign below in agreementwith the statementof <br />certification. <br />Certification is hereby given that the information provided is accurate and the <br />applicableattachmentsare completeand included as part of the application <br />package.I further certify that the application thresholdsare met at the time of <br />application.
