PLEASE READ IT CAREFULLY. <br />This endorsement modifies the insurance provided under the following: <br />COMMERCIAL GENERAL LIABILITY COVERAGE FORM <br />SECTION V — WHO IS AN INSURED is amended to include as an insured any person or organization but only <br />with respect to the following: <br />a.
