Amended 4-27-17 4 <br />Final Development Submittal Requirements <br />Kittitas County Code 17.36.040 <br />States The Following <br /> <br />17.36.040 Submittal requirements - Final development plan. <br />Following approval of the preliminary development plan by the county and before lot sales or <br />building construction commences, the developer (owner) shall submit a final development <br />plan for approval by the Board which shall include all of the following as listed below. <br />Submittal shall be consistent with the process as outlined for final plat development in KCC <br />Chapter 16.20 <br /> <br />By this document DK Professional Consultants, Inc. submits to Kittitas County for <br />approval the Final Development Plan For the Big Cree k Trails Planned Unit <br />Development as applied for on July 16, 2015 and preliminary approved by the <br />Kittitas County Board of Commissioners on December 6, 2016. <br /> <br />As provided for 17.36.040 the approval process of the Big Creek Final <br />Development states: “shall be consistent with the process as outlined for final plat <br />development in KCC Chapter 16.20” and 17.36.045 (2) “ Final development plan: The <br />Director shall evaluate and the Board shall approve final development plans for the PUD, <br />provided the conditions imposed on the preliminary PUD approval, if any, have been <br />satisfied.” <br /> <br />DK Professional Consultants, Inc. respectfully submits this Big Creek Trails Final <br />Development Plan to the Kittitas County Planning Director for review and <br />approval as provided for in Kittitas County Code Sections 17.36.040, <br />17.36.045(2) and as provided for 16.20. <br /> <br />It is our understanding that upon submittal of this Final Development Plan that <br />the Director will acknowledge receipt of said plan and shall review same. Subject <br />to the Directors review of said plan and pursuant to said review and Directors <br />comments regarding said review DK Professional Consultants, Inc., as Applicant, <br />may amend the Big Creek Trails Final Development Plan to address said review <br />and Directors comments. <br /> <br />Submittal <br /> <br />The following pages, attachments and exhibits provide the information as <br />required by Kittitas County Code Section 17.36.040. Each Section and Sub <br />Section of said code will be addressed herein. <br /> <br /> <br />
