Amended 4-27-17 2 <br />Big Creek Trails PUD Rezone <br /> <br />Preliminary Approval <br /> <br /> <br />DK Professional Consultants, Inc. submitted the Big Creek Trails PUD Rezone <br />Application to Kittitas County on July 16, 2015, which was deemed complete by <br />the County on September 28, 2015. A full record of said application with public <br />comments, staff comments and other items of record can be found on the Kittitas <br />County Land Use Web Site. <br /> <br />The Kittitas County Hearing Examiner heard the matter of the Big Creek Trails <br />PUD Rezone on July 14, 2016. On July 28, 2016 the Kittitas County Hearing <br />Examiner issued a recommendation for approval of the project, a copy of which <br />is attached hereto as Exhibit_1. <br /> <br />On September 20, 2016 the Kittitas County Board of Commissioners held a <br />closed record hearing, which was continued to October 18, 2016 and again to <br />November 1, 2016. On December 6, 2016 the Kittitas County Board of <br />Commissioners preliminary approved the Big Creek Trails PUD Rezone via <br />Ordinance 2016–24, a copy of which is attached hereto as Exhibit_2. <br /> <br /> <br />Final Development Plan <br /> <br />DK Professional Consultants, Inc., through this document, submits the Big Creek <br />Final Development Plan as required by Kittitas County Code 17.36.040, as is <br />reproduced on the following page. <br />
