Amended 4-27-17 12 <br />Kittitas County Ordinance 2016-24 <br />Response To Conditions <br /> <br />17.36.045 Review criteria. <br />2. Final development plan: The Director shall evaluate and the Board shall approve final <br />development plans for the PUD, provided the conditions imposed on the preliminary <br />PUD approval, if any, have been satisfied. (Ord. 2013-001, 2013) <br /> <br />As stated in Kittitas County Code 17.36.045(2), as shown above, the conditions <br />established in the approving Kittitas County Ordinance 2016-24 which are <br />required to be satisfied during the development of the Big Creek Trails Planned <br />Unit Development. The following review conditions imposed on the Big Creek <br />Trails Planned Unit Development provides information as to how said conditions <br />will be satisfied by Big Creek Trails during the development process. <br /> <br /> <br />1. Transportation <br /> <br />a. Access: This project proposes to change the use of the existing access from the <br />county road. The access must be improved to meet Kittitas County road standards. An <br />access permit must be applied for and issued prior to beginning any work within the <br />county right of way. Access must be completed prior to issuance of any final plats. <br /> <br />Response: Big Creek Trails Planned Unit Development will apply for an access <br />permit from the Kittitas County Public Works Department prior to beginning any <br />work on the access to Big Creek Trails Planned Unit Development. <br /> <br /> <br />b. The Lund Lane extension and the crossing of the irrigation canal will be a private <br />road built to meet public road standards and dedicated for public use. <br /> <br />Response: Big Creek Trails Planned Unit Development shall design and build <br />the Lund Lane extension to the Kittitas County Public Road Standards as vested. <br />Said road shall be a private road unless Kittitas County, through action by the <br />Board of Commissioners, adopts it as an on system road. Big Creek Trails <br />Planed Unit Development shall gain Kittitas County Public Works approval of <br />said road design. Said road shall be dedicated to the public. <br /> <br /> <br />c. Construction of Road “A” will be a private road built meeting public road <br />standards and dedicated for public use. Construction of Road “B” will be built to current <br />private road standards with an all- weather surface. <br /> <br />Response: Big Creek Trails Planned Unit Development shall design and build <br />Road “A” to the Kittitas County Public Road Standards as vested. Said road shall <br />be a private road unless Kittitas County, through action by the Board of
