Suncadia needs to provide a Project Report that shows that the water system distribution
piping, existing or proposed, can serve the water demands of these 14 additional
connections while maintaining adequate pressures within the Suncadia water system.
2. Suncadia needs to provide Construction Documents (Design Drawings and Specification) of
the water system distribution piping serving these lots, unless the piping infrastructure is
already present.

Thanks,

Russell E.
