Assessor’s map number: 20-15-19055-0003. <br /> <br /> <br />Proposal: Jeff Hansell, agent for property owner Highway 9 Office Park Center LLC, has submitted a <br />Preliminary Plat application to subdivide approximately 4.76 acres into 14 duplex town homes in 7 buildings. <br /> <br />Materials Available for Review: The submitted application and related filed documents may be examined by the <br />public at the Kittitas County Community Development Services (CDS) office at 411 N. Ruby, Suite 2, <br />Ellensburg, Washington, 98926, or on the CDS website http://www.co.kittitas.wa.us/cds/land-use/project- <br />details.aspx?title=Long Plats&project=LP-17-00005+Highway+9 <br /> <br />Phone: (509) 962-7506. <br /> <br />Written Comments on this proposal can be submitted to CDS any time prior to 5:00 p.m. on May 12th, 2017. <br />Any person has the right to comment on the application, receive notice of and participate in any hearings, and <br />request a copy of the decision once made. Appeal procedures can vary according to the type of decision being <br />appealed, and are described in Kittitas County Code, Title 15A. <br /> <br />Environmental Review (SEPA): Review of the SEPA checklist submitted with this application finds it to be <br />consistent with the Mountainstar Master Planned Resort Final Environmental Impact Statement (FEIS) published <br />April 10, 2000 and found to be legally adequate on March 15, 2001. <br /> <br />Public Hearing: An open record hearing will be scheduled before the Kittitas County Board of County <br />Commissioners for June 6th, 2017 at 2:00 pm in the Commissioner’s Auditorium 205 W 5th Ave. Rm. 109, <br />Ellensburg, WA 98926. This hearing shall be open to all members of the public; testimony will be taken and <br />written comments may be submitted.
