CWU <br />intends to use the prenlses for its flight technology, <br />aeronautics and aviation program. CWU agrees that the Board <br />of Trustees shall vote to deliver to the Councy a letter of <br />intent signed by the Chairperson of the Board of Trustees <br />wherein CWU states that its intentions are to expedite the use <br />of the premises for flight technology instruction at the <br />earliest possible date, that CrmJ intends to request funds from <br />the legislature to locate temporary buildings on the premises <br />cormencing .uly 1, 1993, and that CWU intends to request <br />planning funds and permanent installation funds for <br />construction in the 1995-97 bienniun. The parties agree that <br />this letter of intent is to be incorporated into this lease by <br />this reference. Should CWU during the term of this lease <br />cease using the premises for educational programs related to <br />flight technology, aeronautics, and aviation, CWU shall obtain <br />pemission for the change in usage in writing from the <br />appropriate Federal Agency so as to hold the County hamless <br />against any claim by the Federal Goverrment that the original <br />deed (Exhibit C) was violated with respect to the use of the <br />premises.
