The University shall not assign or <br />sublet any por+ion of the premises for connercial activities <br />in direct conflict with airport revenue operations such as Tie <br />DDowms, Aviation Fueling, or Hangar operations. <br />PROPERTY DAMAGE AND BODILY INJURY: CWU hereby agrees to <br />indemnify and hold harmless the County from any and all claims <br />or demands of whatsoever nature arising out of loss, damage or <br />injury to persons or property resulting from CWU's use or <br />occupation of the leased premises caused by the tortious acts <br />or neglect of CWU, its agents or employees to the extent <br />allowed by law. The County hereby agrees to indemnify and <br />hold ha]mless CWU from any and all claims and demands of <br />whatsoever nature arising out of loss, damage or injury to <br />persons or property resulting from the County's occupation or <br />management of the airport property caused by the tortious acts <br />or neglect of the County, its agents or employees to the <br />extent allowed by law. <br />QUIET ENJOYMENT: The County covenants with CWU that on <br />payment of the rent herein required to be paid and performance <br />of the covenants herein contained, CWU and those holding under <br />it may peaceably and quietly have, hold and enjoy the premises <br />for the term hereof , for the purpose of conducting Flight <br />AIRPORT PROPERTY IEASE <br />PAGE 5 <br />DAVID A.
