CWU shall pay the sum of Eight Thousand Four Hundred <br />Sixty-Six Dollars ($8,466) beginning March 1, 2017. There <br />will be one adjustment every fifth year thereafter. The <br />adjustments from April 2022 through February 2047 will be the <br />cumulative change in the Consumer Price Index for the previous <br />five years, or, 15% whichever is lower. The adjustnents from <br />Hlarch 2047 through February 2067 will be the cumulative cinange <br />in the Consumer Price Index for the previous five years, or, <br />20% whichever is lower. See Exhibit (A). <br />I.EASE TERMINATION: This lease may not be terminated during <br />the initial tern by either party except as provided herein. <br />Thereafter, the lease nay be terminated by either party with <br />a minimum of 180 days written notice prior to the starc of any <br />new ten, <br />MAINTENANCE AND OPERATION COSTS: During the term of this <br />lease, it shall be CWU's responsibility to fund its own <br />maintenance and operations costs as determined by CWU. No <br />impact is anticipated on County maintenance and operations <br />costs because of the presence of a CWU facility at the <br />airport.
