The deposit or its balance will be returned once the event has been held and <br />the Board of County Commissioners has certified no damage has been done and that <br />the County has not incurred additional expenses <br />Are you submitting a $5,000.00 Penal Band �- Bond of Indemnity with your Event <br />Application?
