Railroad street will be <br />closed at Cross street to Kachess Ave from 8:00 am until 4:00pm. There will be detour signs routing the <br />traffic through 1St street. The parade route is down Railroad Street from Cross Street to the west end of 1St <br />street starting at 12:OOpm to 1:OOpm.
