EXHIBIT "B" <br />COMPENSATION <br />As full compensation for satisfactory performance of the work, the County shall pay <br />Contractor compensation not to exceed: <br />Contractor will receive $5.15 per ton for all material sized under 2'X2' crushed to a non - <br />spec 1 Y2" minus product approved by Kittitas County for use to cover cells and build roads. <br />In addition contractor will size oversized material to an acceptable 2'X2' size for a rate of <br />$170 per hour. <br />All metal, if any, will become property of Contractor and it will be the Contractor's <br />responsibility to recycle it in a manner consistent with all applicable federal, state, and local <br />laws and regulations. <br />Contractor will charge County a Mobilization and Demobilization cost not to exceed $5,000 <br />each. <br />Compensation is not to exceed $200,000 for the terms of this agreement. <br />Professional Services Agreement (rev. 02/26/2017) <br />Page 14 of 17 <br />
