Statement of qualifications: <br />The Daily Record meets all requirements for publication of legal notices as spelled out in RCW <br />65.16.620. The newspaper is published daily, in English and has a general circulation within Kittitas <br />County. It has published in the county since 1909, and contains news of general interest.
