<br />1. per RCW 71A.14.020 Page 4 <br /> <br />VII. AMENDMENTS: <br />A. The bylaws may be amended at a regular meeting of the DDAC provided that: <br /> 1. Proposed amendments have been read at one meeting prior to voting; <br /> 2. Proposed amendments have been submitted in writing to the members of the Committee <br />prior to the first reading; and <br /> 3. A simple majority of the members of the Committee vote in favor of implementation of any <br />amendment. <br /> B.
