Request for Qualifications <br />Employment and Day Program Services <br /> <br /> <br />2017 Kittitas County RFQ 12 <br />Part III Qualifications Evaluation & Determination of Qualifications <br />Section IIIA: Qualifications Review and Selection <br /> <br />1. Evaluation and Selection: <br />Submissions of Qualifications received in response to this RFQ will be checked for completeness and administrative <br />capability. Criteria to be assessed include: the Contractor’s proof of compliance with DDA Policy 6.13 or 6.21, as <br />applicable, proof of adequate insurance coverage, as well as cash flow issues and the Contractor’s audit or <br />financial statements. <br /> <br />2. Evaluation Criteria: <br />The RFQ process is non-competitive. Each Submission of Qualifications will be evaluated for appropriate work <br />history/experience and quality of the response to items in the Qualifications section. The County may require <br />additional or clarifying information from the Contractor submitting qualifications. <br /> <br />Section IIIB: Contract Award <br /> <br />1. Contractor Selection <br />Contractors deemed qualified will be added to the County’s Qualified Provider List of agencies qualified to provide <br />Employment and Day Program Services and may be offered a contract. Customers are assigned to the Contractor <br />based on customer/family selection. The number of customers funded for each Contractor will be based on the <br />number of DDA eligible customers receiving services provided by the Contractor. <br /> <br />2. Contractor Notification <br />All Contractors responding to this RFQ will be notified whether or not they are being placed on the County <br />Qualified Provider List to provide Employment and Day Program Services by June 30, 2017.
