0 <br />k <br />itas County <br />blic Health <br />Department <br />Memo <br />To: Kittitas County Board of County Commissioners <br />From: Kittitas County Public Health Department, Holly Myers, Environmental Health Supervisor <br />Date: February 27, 2017 <br />RE: 2017 Crime Stoppers "Your Canyon for a Day" Bike Event <br />If the information stated in the application by the organization for the Crime Stoppers "Your <br />Canyon for a Day" event is true, accurate, and there is stewardship in following through with <br />such statements then the applicant, Mark Peterson, has at this time met all the requirements of <br />the Kittitas County Public Health Department with the following exception: <br />the number of portable toilets should equal one per 50 people. <br />If additional food vendors are added to the event, temporary food event permits must be <br />purchased at Kittitas County Public Health Department at least 2 weeks prior to the event. <br />Please feel free to contact me if you have any questions or concerns. <br />CC: Kittitas County Board of Commissioners <br />Julie Kjorsvik, Kittitas County Board of Commissioners Clerk <br />Mandy Buchholz, Kittitas County Board of Commissioners Deputy Clerk <br />
