Professional Services Agreement Page 18 <br /> <br /> <br />3.7 PLANNING COMMISSION PUBLIC HEARINGS <br />CREÄ anticipates that this update may demand extending services and infrastructure into <br />areas with unmet needs. Public hearings hosted by the Planning Commission as well as the <br />County Commissioners. CREA will host a study session with the Planning Commission to <br />address concerns and questions, and will present key characteristics desired of <br />comprehensive plans. If a Public Hearing is held by the Planning Commission, County Staff <br />will work with the Planning Commission to note and report back to the CREÄ team any <br />community and planning commission recommendations for editing the plan. CREÄ will host the first study session and <br />attend the first Public Hearing for the plan update.
