Ecology approved this amendment <br />to change the project scope and reduce funding. This project is amended to remove fee simple and conservation <br />easement acquisition of the Stroh properties, add acquisition of the Stalder/Sparks property (this was previously <br />just an assessment of value), and remove preliminary designs and permits for a habitat restoration project on the <br />Stroh properties (since they will no longer be acquired). The total compensation is decreased by $ 500,000 from <br />$988,452 to $488,452. The project title will be revised in a separate amendment. <br />Project Funding: <br />The total cost of the project for the purpose of this Agreement changes as follows <br />Agreement Terms <br />In all other respects the Agreement, to which this is an Amendment, and attachments thereto, shall <br />remain in full force and effect.
