2017-02-23 MINUTES 2  <br />  <br />SPECIAL MEETING EXECUTIVE SESSION DPW <br /> <br />At 9:35 a.m. Chairman Jewell announced the Board would recess <br />into an Executive Session for 30 minutes to consider the minimum <br />price at which real estate will be offered for sale or lease <br />when public knowledge regarding such consideration would cause a <br />likelihood of decreased price. However, final action selling or <br />leasing public property shall be taken in a meeting open to the <br />public. No action anticipated. <br /> <br />At 10:05 a.m. the Board recessed out of Executive Session. No <br />action was taken. <br /> <br />At 10:05 a.m. Chairman Jewell announced the Board would recess <br />back into Executive Session for 10 minutes to consider the <br />minimum price at which real estate will be offered for sale or <br />lease when public knowledge regarding such consideration would <br />cause a likelihood of decreased price. However, final action <br />selling or leasing public property shall be taking in a meeting <br />open to the public. Potential action anticipated. <br /> <br />At 10:15 a.m. the Board recessed out of Executive Session.
