The LTAC and TRT shall submit a written <br />recommendation regarding their finding of project completeness to the Board of County <br />Commissioners for acceptance and final project closeout. <br /> <br />Matching Funds Requirements: <br /> <br />All non-county owned projects require matching funds of at least 50% of total projects costs. <br />Matching funds may be in the form of cash or verifiable in-kind contributions. At the time of <br />funding considerations (Step 3 and 4), applicants will be required to provide proof of matching <br />funds. <br /> <br />County-owned projects which are located within another municipality or are located on <br />publicly-owned property which is owned by an entity other than Kittitas County shall also be <br />subject to the same 50% matching funds requirements as described above. Coun ty-owned <br />projects which are located in unincorporated lands and which are not located on land which is <br />publicly-owned by an entity other than Kittitas County are not subject to any matching <br />requirements. <br /> <br /> <br />
