28 <br /> <br />Conclusion and Next Steps <br /> <br />The Kittitas County Homelessness and Affordable Housing Committee (HAHC) respectfully submits this <br />plan to the Kittitas County Board of County Commissioners for its approval and support. Through the <br />work of the subcommittee, community partners, and community members, the HAHC believes following <br />and supporting this plan will improve the issues of homelessness and affordable housing in Kittitas <br />County. Together with community members, key collaborations, and county funding support, the HAHC <br />is committed to making recommendations based on this plan, monitoring the plan’s progress on an <br />annual basis, and updating the plan annually. <br /> <br />Once the plan is finalized, a communication plan will be developed and implemented in order to share <br />the plan with the community and community partners. A monitoring and implementation plan will also <br />be developed as supplements to the document. <br /> <br />
