Dedicated To Freedom Of The Road
ABATE
OF WASHINGTON
To The Commissioners and Officials of Kittitas County,
On behalf of ABATE of Washington I am asking that you grant our request for a special
event permit for the dates June 22,23,24,&25 2017 at The Silver Ridge Ranch at 182 Silver
Ridge Ranch Rd. Easton WA. 98925. This request would be on a contingency basis that
ABATE of Washington fulfill all and any request set by the officials of Kittitas County by a
date prior to the event set by the Kittitas County Commissioners. On the application I have
mark yes for the insurance however Kittitas County and The Silver Ridge Ranch have not been
named on it yet but will be upon approval of our permit. We appreciate Kittitas County
personal working with us these past years and look forward to working together in the years to
come.
The normal things such as security, fire, garbage, and vendors will remain as they have
in the past events. Phoenix Security, Christian Crusaders, and ABATE of Washington security
will handle security for the event. There will be a large dumpster for the garbage and containers
for recyclables. The vendors at the event will meet all requirements set forth by Kittitas County,
Fire Marshall, and Health Department. ABATE of Washington and all attendees will abide by
all laws and regulations set by Kittitas County.
Lyle Coyle
State Coordinator
ABATE of Washington
JAN 29
P.O.
