How many room nights were and /or will be booked: Results from survey collected showed -*6% of <br />attendees completed the survey — results showed a 19% stay rate for shoppers, but I am doing my <br />calculations conservatively at 10%. <br />Shrine actuals with Fall 2016 Proiections <br />Vendors: 50 vendors per show of which 26% surveyed staying the night. Each vendor will have their <br />own room or RV accommodations. 13 rooms x 4 nights (2 nights each shows) x $114.79 = $5,969.08 <br />lodging income from vendors. (ADR rate provide by STR report from Kittitas County Chamber of <br />Commerce) <br />Shoppers: estimated 4,000 shoppers (both shows) attending using a 10% estimate on those that will <br />stay overnight. <br />200 rooms x 2 night stay (both shows) x $114.79 = $45,916 lodging income from shoppers. *double <br />occupancy <br />2016 Projected Total Lodging Revenue: $51,885.08 <br />2017 Proiections: <br />Vendors: 50 vendors per show of which 26% surveyed staying the night.
