You must submit a_budget which <br />specifically pertains to the project/event for which you are requesting funding and <br />adheres to the basic budget format shown below. <br />The budget must include anticipated revenues, expenditures, and any potential profit or <br />loss. For projects/events which are ongoing for more than one (1) year, please also <br />submit actuals from the previous three (3) years of operations for the project/proposal <br />if applicable. Also, please supply any narratives necessary to understand the budget <br />being submitted and list separately any in-kind or volunteer contributions. If applying <br />for f u n di ng for both "New Pro ect Event" and "On o ing Project Event Su pg ort" you <br />must clearly identify the different requests. This may, be most easily _accomplished by <br />submitting separate budgets for each request category. <br />For any claimed in-kind contributions valued at $500 or more and related to <br />marketing/advertising, you must submit verifying documentation which assures the <br />contribution -will be provided.
