2.04.015 Recording and notes of meetings. <br />Audio tape recording and/or shorthand notes of the proceedings of the board of Kittitas County <br />commissioners shall be retained for a period of six years when the recordings of meetings involve <br />issues, decisions and actions that could cause legal action to be taken against the county, and the <br />audio tape recordings and/or shorthand notes of the recordings of meetings involving routine <br />matters be retained until the approval of written minutes.
