Your ICR acceptance is in accordance with 23 CFR 172.7 <br />and must be updated on an annual basis. This rate may be subject to additional review <br />if considered necessary by WSDOT and will be applicable for: <br />® WSDOT Agreements <br />® Local Agency Contracts in Washington State only <br />Costs billed to agreements/contracts will still he subject to audit of actual costs, based <br />on the terms and conditions of the respective agreementicontract. <br />This was not a cognizant review.
